• Website analytics: we use Simple Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics service that does not use cookies.

Why we collect it

To respond to and deliver on enquiries (legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in running the business).

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. Enquiry, newsletter, and download submissions are processed by Netlify Forms, our hosting provider, and forwarded to our email. Website analytics are provided by Simple Analytics.

How long we keep it

We retain enquiry, newsletter, and download data for 24 months after our last contact with you, unless we need to keep it longer for legal or accounting purposes.

You can access, correct, delete, or export the personal data we hold about you, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent at any time — email hello@emrichdigital.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
